Welcome to TeenTon! By using our platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. They explain your rights, responsibilities, and how TeenTon works to keep the community safe and fun.

1. Who Can Use TeenTon 👨‍🎓

• TeenTon is for users aged 13 and over.
• If you are under 13, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring users under 18.

2. Your Account & Identity 🆔

• You are assigned a User Number when you join, which is your primary identity on TeenTon.
• You may choose a nickname, write a bio, and define your profile — it is your digital persona.
• Keep your passwords, Master Keys, and PIN safe. Losing them may result in permanent account loss. TeenTon cannot recover accounts without them.

3. Trust Score & Behaviour 📈

• Your Trust Score (TS) reflects your contributions and behaviour.
• Positive actions (posting, liking, giving Love ❤️, correct reporting) earn points.
• Negative actions (harassment, spam, fake reports) lose points.
• Accounts with TS below 0 enter the Shroud and are hidden until positive points are earned for redemption.

4. Posting & Sharing 📝

• You are responsible for what you post, including links to external content.
• TeenTon does not host media; links may stop working if removed at the source.
• Follow posting limits based on your TS:
• 0–100 TS: 1 post/day
• 101–500 TS: 2 posts/day
• 501–1000 TS: 3 posts/day
• >1000 TS: +1 post every 500 points

5. Conduct & Reporting 👀

• Treat others with respect. No bullying, harassment, or harmful content.
• Correctly report harmful content to earn TS points (+5 TS).
• Abuse reporting or fake reports loses TS points (-5 TS).
• Repeated violations or spam may result in hiding, suspension, or permanent account removal. Being here is a privilege, not a right.

6. Privacy & Security 🔒

• TeenTon does not track your location or personal data for advertising.
• Keep your passwords, Master Keys, and PIN secret. TeenTon cannot recover accounts if lost.
• External links may have their own privacy policies. TeenTon is not responsible for third-party practices.

7. Liability ⚠

• TeenTon is not responsible for user content, disputes between users, lost accounts, or technical issues.
• The platform is provided “as-is”. Use responsibly.
• TeenTon cannot guarantee functionality if browser settings or user actions prevent normal operation.

8. Changes to Terms 📝

• TeenTon may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
• Significant changes will be communicated on the platform.
• Continued use of TeenTon constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Consent 📝

• By using TeenTon, you agree to these terms and acknowledge your responsibility for your actions and content.
• If you are under 18, your parent or guardian agrees on your behalf.
